Further education colleges should be split into three different types to make it more ‘aspirational’, think-tank says

Further education colleges have been undermined by funding cuts and should now be split into three types to cater for different students, according to a report. The EDSK think-tank said that “bundling” all courses under the same “college” label prevented the sector from being “aspirational”.
